Meet Motion Medic — Sports Rehab Specialist at REVIVAL

We’re excited to introduce Motion Medic, a dedicated sports rehabilitation therapist now working out of our recovery rooms at Revival. Based in West London, Motion Medic offers expert support to help athletes, gym-goers, and anyone in pain move better, recover stronger, and stay injury-free.

🧠 Who He Is

Motion Medic is run by Allaman Meta, an experienced Sports Rehabilitation Therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation. He works with both professional athletes and everyday active people across West London, bringing a blend of hands-on therapy and movement-based rehabilitation to every session.

🩺 What He Does

At Motion Medic, the focus is on Recover • Prevent • Perform — helping you get out of pain and back to what you love doing with confidence.

Here’s how he supports your health and performance:

✨ Soft Tissue Therapy

A range of therapeutic techniques targeting muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia to reduce pain, improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and promote healing.

🏃‍♂️ Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation

Through expert movement and biomechanics analysis, Motion Medic identifies potential injury risks and designs programmes that restore strength, mobility and function after injury or trauma.

💪 Personalised Training for Recovery

Post-assessment, he creates tailored exercise plans focused on correct movement patterns, self-awareness, and long-term injury prevention — delivered one-to-one with guided coaching throughout.

📍 Location & How It Works

Motion Medic operates from Arch 77 Albion Mews, London, W6 0JN, providing a relaxed and professional setting for therapy and performance work. He’s a welcome addition to the Revival team and a go-to therapist for anyone serious about staying active and pain-free.

Whether it’s treating an old niggle, progressing your strength work safely, or bouncing back faster after injury, Motion Medic helps you get the most out of every training session.
