Hello! I’ve always been passionate about fitness, starting with Krav Maga in Italy. After moving to the UK and having my first child, I struggled with weight gain but regained my shape through consistent exercise and a balanced diet, which inspired me to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I know how overwhelming fitness advice can be, and my goal is to help you find a sustainable, enjoyable approach that fits your lifestyle.

As a mom of two who once followed every fitness trend, I’ve learned that real, lasting results come from strength training, proper nutrition, and balance.
