REVIVAL Run Strong is a 4-week progressive run club designed to help you build your running confidence, improve your strength and gradually increase your distance from 5km to 8km.
Led by Coach Holly, each session combines a short running-specific strength block with a coached outdoor run, giving you the structure, support and energy to progress week by week.

Whether you already enjoy running or you are looking to build more consistency, REVIVAL Run Strong is a great way to train, move and improve with a supportive group.
What is REVIVAL Run Strong?
REVIVAL Run Strong is a coached running programme based at REVIVAL Personal Training in Hammersmith. Across four weeks, the running distance gradually increases from 5km in week one to 8km by week four. Before each run, the group will complete a 10-minute strength block focused on the key areas that support better running.
The goal is simple: help you feel stronger, move better and build confidence with every session.
How the 4-week run club works
REVIVAL Run Strong runs every Wednesday from 8th July to 29th July 2026.
Each session includes:
A 10-minute running-specific strength block
A progressive outdoor run
Coaching and pacing support from Holly
A friendly group environment
A clear weekly goal to build towards
The weekly distances are:
Week 1: 5km Week 2: 6km Week 3: 7km Week 4: 8km
By the end of the four weeks, you will have built your distance gradually, improved your confidence and added valuable strength work into your running routine.
Why we include strength work
Strength work can make a huge difference to how running feels.
Before each run, the group will complete a short 10-minute block designed to prepare the body, improve movement quality and support stronger, more efficient running.
The focus may include:
Glute and hip strength
Calf and ankle resilience
Core control
Single-leg stability
Running posture and coordination
This is not a full gym workout before the run. It is a short, focused block designed to help you get more from the session.

REVIVAL Run Strong is ideal for anyone who can currently run or jog around 5km and wants to build up from there.

The programme is led by Coach Holly, who brings great energy, experience and a supportive coaching style to every session.
Holly will guide the group through the strength work, lead the run and help create an environment that feels positive, inclusive and motivating.

REVIVAL is based in Hammersmith, making REVIVAL Run Strong ideal for anyone local to Hammersmith, Chiswick, Shepherds Bush, Fulham and the wider West London area.
Whether you already train at REVIVAL or are completely new to us, this is a great way to experience our coaching, meet new people and build your fitness outdoors.
