At REVIVAL, we’re always looking for ways to make training feel more engaging, more athletic, and more connected to the local area, not just another hour inside four walls.
“RAVENSCOURT-ROX” is one of our hybrid outdoor SGPT sessions combining:
Running
Functional strength
Ergs
Bodyweight conditioning
Fast transitions
Team energy

The session starts inside the gym with a short, aggressive AMRAP designed to elevate heart rate and create early fatigue before heading outdoors into Ravenscourt Park.
The centrepiece of the workout is a progressive running AMRAP:150m → 300m → 450m and beyond, combined with press ups, burpees, and jumping lunges. As the distances build each round, pacing becomes increasingly important — rewarding controlled effort and resilience over simply sprinting from the start.
After returning to REVIVAL, the workout finishes with a fast-paced conditioning piece featuring:
Single-arm dumbbell thrusters
Erg work
Core endurance
This style of training is heavily inspired by HYROX, athletic conditioning, and real-world endurance, but adapted for all levels through pacing, scaling options, and coach support throughout the session.
