New Training Block Starts Monday – Let’s Build

This Monday 28th July, we’re kicking off a brand new 6-week training phase at REVIVAL that’s all about getting stronger, moving better, and feeling more capable in and out of the gym.

What You’re In For:
Real Strength Gains
You’ll be working through Front Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts and Chin-ups — starting with tempo and paused work, then progressing into heavier sets. It’s all structured so you build properly, not randomly.
Bulletproof Your Body
We’ve programmed a ton of armour-building work — things like single-leg hip thrusts, chest-supported rows, and lateral raises — to keep your body balanced, strong and injury-resistant.
Quick, Effective Finishers
The WODs are short and spicy — think dumbbell snatches, hang clean & jerks, and AMRAPs that actually serve a purpose. You’ll get sweaty, feel powerful, and still be able to recover properly for the next session.
Classes
Alongside Small Group STRENGTH, you'll be able to really push your conditioning with Hyrox, ATHX & REV UP classes, improve your core and boost your recovery with Mat Pilates and REVIVE, and build your body weight strength abilities with the new Saturday morning Gymnastics class with Mikey.
How It’ll Progress:
Weeks 1–2 (July 29 – Aug 11): Pauses + tempo to lock in good movement
Weeks 3–4 (Aug 12 – 25): Lose the pause, up the weight, lift with intent
Weeks 5–6 (Aug 26 – Sept 8): Hit rep maxes, test your progress, feel the results
This block is designed to help you train smart, build real strength, and feel your best doing it.
