At REVIVAL Personal Training in Hammersmith, we’re kicking off an exciting new six-week strength cycle designed to help you get stronger, move better, and unleash some serious gains. What’s in the New Strength Cycle?

Our programming blends tried-and-tested compound lifts with accessory movements that target key areas of strength and physique development. Over the next six weeks, you’ll master:


Primary Lifts

  • Back Squat – build lower body power, core strength, and athletic performance.

  • Pendlay Row – increase upper back strength, posture, and pulling power.

  • Hip Thrust 🍑 – new to our main cycle, the hip thrust is the ultimate lift for glute strength and “bootylicious” gains.

  • Incline Bench Press – develop pressing strength while targeting the chest and shoulders.

    Additional Focus Areas

    Alongside the main lifts, we’ll fine-tune strength, stability, and muscle development with:

    • Wall Walks – challenging full-body control and overhead stability.

    • Dual Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift – strengthen hamstrings and glutes while improving hinge mechanics.

    • Lat Pulldown – sculpt a strong V-taper and improve pulling capacity.

    • DB Arnold Press – build rounded shoulders with rotational strength.
