This post is completely inspired by one we saw from @craig__edwards and we're experts at 'borrowing' content of course 😄
In nearly all situations getting something in fitness-wise will be more beneficial than staying at home and watching Youtube autoplay for three hours...👀
🏋🏾♀️ Lighten the load - Take the chance to add a tempo to your lifts and be fully aware of your form throughout the entire movement (like you should always!), a lighter load can really help with this.
🤕 Work what you can - Injured? Take the chance to work around your injuries and and rehab where possible. You'll allow yourself to retain as much strength/fitness/muscle as you can and keep yourself in a positive frame of mind fitness-wise.
🥳 Have fun - Pick three to five of your favourite movements and just flow through the workout, you'll get a great mental benefit and have a chance to work on your technique!
🚴♀️ Just move - Really not feeling great? Go for an easy bike, jog or walk, just the action of getting your blood flowing can lead to a hormonal release that will be both mentally and physically positive for yourself.
