Our PT options are simple and flexible:
🔹 1-to-1 Personal Training – It’s like a fitness sat nav. We plan it. We coach it. You show up and get results.
🔹 Small Group PT (SGPT) – All the coaching, slightly more banter. Train with 4–6 others, but still get that personal touch.
🔹 PT Rental Studios – Already have a coach? Our space is your playground.
