What is a Dumbbell Complex?
A dumbbell complex is a sequence of 4–6 exercises performed back-to-back using the same pair of dumbbells. There’s no rest between movements and you don’t put the weights down until the entire set is done.

Try this 5-move combo using a moderate pair of dumbbells (repeat 3–5 rounds with 90s rest between rounds):
5 DB Deadlifts
5 DB Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push Presses
5 Reverse Lunges (each leg)
