TOM WILLETTS
PERSONAL TRAINER
Hey I’m Tom. I’m a Personal Trainer, CF-L2 trainer, kids coach, Olympic Weightlifting nerd and Qualified Maths teacher. I hope to one day become a CF-L3 trainer and open my own CrossFit gym. I’ve attended seminars with Biomechanics specialists, Olympians and have nearly 3 years experience as a personal trainer and coach - I’m always striving to level up the service I deliver.
I like to think I’m honest, reliable and empathic, and I’m always here to support my clients, not only with their Fitness goals, but with all aspects of their lives. Don’t take my word for it though, check out my Google reviews - they speak for themselves *link*. If I’m not in the gym, I’ll most likely be in the pub and I enjoy catching up with mates, watching rugby and exploring London.
Whilst I am a stickler for form and technique, I believe the beauty of training comes when you push yourself out of your comfort zone - I love seeing people reach and exceed what they think their potential is. Moving from a classroom to gym environment was a challenge but, similar to teaching, the thing I want to improve most in people is their confidence and I love being able to use movement and the gym to do just that! Developing your strength, skills and fitness is a great way to improve yourself and live the best life you can imagine!
Before Personal training, I was a school teacher and I actually have the pandemic to thank for kickstarting my PT career - fitness was the lifeline I needed throughout COVID and I now want to share my passion with as many people as will listen. A proud northerner, I moved to London 2 years ago to start Personal Training and I haven’t looked back since…
