WHAT'S IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP?

LIFT is a class focused on improving your Olympic Weightlifting ability and accessory exercises.

REV UP is a conditioning class based on improving your fitness levels and breaking a serious sweat.

Semi-Private Personal Training will focus on strengthening your body with full body lifts such as squats and presses.

Our HYROX class is based around the fundamental movements involved in HYROX such as running & wall balls.

FIGHTR is a boxing fitness class which aims to improve your boxing skills and increase your fitness levels.

How many people will be in the classes?

The capacity of each class varies between 12-18 people depending on which type of class you're participating in. For example, SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) has a capacity of 6 due to the nature of the structure of the class and exercises involved, whereas REV UP has a capacity of 12.
